A wonderful evening took place on August 23 at Mare Blu Ristorante where the 1st edition of the Dinner-Pairing was held, presented by the sommelier and winemaker Claudia Horta from the winery Casta de Vinos del Valle de Guadalupe and Mare Blu. Restaurant in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora.
A dinner that consisted of 6 courses presented by the Executive Chefs Juan Caballero and Miguel A. Morales where it was possible to appreciate sea and land dishes, each one of them was paired with Casta de Vinos wines, some with international awards more than 20 occasions and others with exclusivity in their availability.
